  2. Shipping: The product can be returned in two ways:
  • Via Parcel Locker (Omniva or DPD): You can send the item to the Domina parcel locker (Omniva or DPD). Please use the recipient phone number: +371 29460199.
  • In Person: You can bring the product to our store/workshop, but you must first agree on a specific time by calling +371 29460199.

Costs: Return and delivery costs are covered by the customer (excluding warranty cases).

Important Exceptions (Customized Products)

Returns are not available for products that have been custom-made specifically for your order—for example, custom sizing, embroidered names, or unique colour combinations.

Damage or Warranty (We will take care of it!)

If the product is returned due to a manufacturing defect or damage related to the warranty, we cover the delivery costs. In such cases, please include a description of the problem.
